Ms – Word -   உள்ள ஒரு File - க்கு   Password Set செய்யும் முறை- 1.      Save (or) Save As à Click செய்ய வேண்டும் 2.      Save As window à தோன்றும் அதில் Tools vd;w option Click செய்ய வேண்டும் 3.      General option Click செய்ய வேண்டும் . 4.      Password to open என ; ற இடத்தில் Password - ஐ type செய்ய வேண்டும் Ok Button Click செய்ய வேண்டும் 5.      Re- Enter the password   என்ற window - வில் முதலில் Type செய்த Password - ஐ Type செய்ய வேண்டும். Ok Button - ஐ Click செய்ய வேண்டும்.   Ms – Word - உள்ள ஒரு File - க்கு   set செய்த Password- ஐ Delete (Cancel) செய்யும் முறை-                1.  Save As option click செய்ய வேண்டும் 2.                         2.Tools -ஐ Click செய்து à General option click செய்து Password அழித்துவிட்டு ok Click செய்தால் password file -லிருந்து அழித்து விடும்
